Client Success Story
F7 Development, Inc is owned and operated by an African American affordable housing developer, James Montague. His work began with a focus on Southeast Raleigh, ensuring that affordable housing was a priority for low-to-moderate income families. He recently partnered with a local community development corporation (CDC) to develop affordable housing in a neighborhood that abuts to HBCU (historically black college or university) and partnered with Institute Capital provided a layer of funding to close the deal. The successful history of F7 Development, Inc. has positioned Montague to win a bid along two large developers on a 1,000-unit affordable housing project in Durham, NC.
